Attorney Corey Denevan

Corey Denevan represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts in a variety of civil litigation matters. Corey has substantial experience in trust, probate, guardianship, and vulnerable adult proceedings. He represents professional and non-professional fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in simple and complex proceedings. Corey serves as trustee and personal representative upon request or by court appointment. Corey also serves as a consulting expert in complex trust, probate and guardianship matters. Corey is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars and his written work has been published and referenced in various desk books for attorneys.

Prior to joining Aiken, St. Louis & Siljeg P.S., Corey was an associate with Hertog Coster, PLLC. Prior to his tenure at Hertog Coster, PLLC, Corey was an assistant vice-president and trust officer with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

    In re Estate of Keith Dale Broughton, (2008)(significant arbitration award for beneficiaries of an estate for waste, mismanagement, and other breaches of fiduciary duty by personal representative.)

    In re Guardianship of McKean, 136 Wn.App. 906, 151 P.3d 223 (2007)(attorney for professional guardian at trial and appellate level handling both briefing and oral arguments, successful in defending breach of fiduciary claims and apportionment of fiduciary and legal fees and costs.)
